Preorder Policy

This Preorder Policy explains how preorder products are handled by Mana Vault Shop.

By placing a preorder, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy in addition to our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

1. What Is a Preorder?

A preorder allows customers to reserve products before their official release date or before stock arrives with us.

Preorder products may include:

  • trading card products;
  • sealed booster boxes;
  • limited-edition collectibles;
  • accessories;
  • special releases;
  • allocated products.

Estimated release dates and delivery windows are provided by manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers and may change.

2. Payment for Preorders

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, full payment is required at the time the preorder is placed.

Preorders are reserved only after successful payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel preorders where:

  • payment cannot be processed;
  • fraud is suspected;
  • pricing errors occur;
  • supplier allocation issues arise.

Refunds for cancelled preorders initiated by us will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Release Dates & Delays

All preorder release dates are estimates only and are subject to change.

Manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers may:

  • delay releases;
  • change release schedules;
  • reduce allocations;
  • cancel products entirely.

Mana Vault Shop is not responsible for manufacturer or supplier delays outside our reasonable control.

If a preorder is significantly delayed or cancelled by the supplier, we will attempt to contact affected customers using the contact information provided at checkout.

4. Supplier Allocations

Some preorder products are allocated by manufacturers or distributors in limited quantities.

In cases where our supplier allocation is reduced or unavailable, we reserve the right to:

  • reduce quantities purchased;
  • partially fulfil orders;
  • cancel affected orders;
  • issue full or partial refunds.

Where possible, allocations will generally be fulfilled in the order preorders were placed.

However, we reserve the right to determine allocation methods where reasonably necessary.

We reserve the right to cancel duplicate, excessive, or bulk preorder quantities where we reasonably believe orders were placed to circumvent allocation limits

5. Combined Orders

If preorder items and in-stock items are purchased together in the same order, the entire order may be held until all items are available for dispatch.

To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Orders containing preorder and in-stock items may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

Additional shipping charges may apply if split shipping is requested.

6. Cancellations by Customers

Customers may request cancellation of preorder items before dispatch.

However, we reserve the right to:

  • refuse repeated cancellation abuse;
  • limit preorder access for customers engaging in excessive cancellations.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

We aim to process preorder cancellation requests within a reasonable timeframe prior to dispatch. However, customers must allow us a reasonable period of time to process cancellation requests.

7. Pricing Changes

Preorder prices are locked at the time the order is placed unless:

  • there was an obvious pricing error;
  • taxes or import charges change unexpectedly;
  • supplier pricing changes result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If significant pricing corrections are required before dispatch, customers will be contacted and offered the option to cancel for a full refund.

8. Product Images & Packaging

Product images used for preorder listings are often manufacturer-provided promotional images.

Final products, packaging, contents, promotional items, or configurations may differ from initial previews.

Manufacturers may modify:

  • artwork;
  • packaging;
  • promotional contents;
  • bonuses;
  • configurations;
  • release specifications;

without notice.

9. Trading Card & Collectible Condition Disclaimer

Trading card products, sealed products, and collectibles may contain:

  • print lines;
  • centering variations;
  • seal imperfections;
  • packaging wear;
  • cosmetic manufacturer defects;
  • factory damage outside our control.

Minor imperfections do not automatically qualify products as faulty or damaged.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • products are sold ungraded;
  • condition assessments are subjective.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights regarding goods that are genuinely faulty, damaged, or not as described.

10. Shipping Estimates

Estimated dispatch or delivery dates for preorder products are approximate only.

Actual dispatch dates may vary due to:

  • supplier delays;
  • allocation changes;
  • shipping disruption;
  • customs delays;
  • operational circumstances outside our control.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

11. Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Orders

If a preorder shipment is:

  • refused;
  • returned due to unpaid customs charges;
  • undeliverable due to incorrect address information;
  • unclaimed after delivery attempts,

we may deduct return shipping costs, customs charges, or carrier fees from any eligible refund.

12. Fraud Prevention & Reseller Abuse

We reserve the right to:

  • limit quantities;
  • refuse orders;
  • cancel suspicious transactions;
  • restrict preorder access

where we reasonably suspect:

  • automated purchasing;
  • reseller abuse;
  • fraudulent activity;
  • manipulation of promotions;
  • attempts to bypass order limits.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil preorder obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • manufacturer delays;
  • supplier shortages;
  • transportation disruption;
  • customs issues;
  • strikes;
  • cyber incidents;
  • natural disasters;
  • governmental restrictions.
